108) creation and ensuring functioning of digital resources, digital systems and networks of telecommunications in the field of health care, the organization of access of physical persons and legal entities to them according to the digital legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
109) ensuring approval of technical parameters of departmental medical digital systems, and also contents of digital systems of the state bodies having departmental health services;";
