Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of May 7, 2013 No. 78-FZ "About representatives for protection of the rights of entrepreneurs in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 19, Art. 2305; No. 44, Art. 5633; 2015, No. 48, Art. 6718; 2021, No. 18, Art. 3060; 2023, No. 1, Art. 37; No. 29, Art. 5304) following changes:

1) in Article 1:

The Comissioner for the President of the Russian Federation on protection of the rights of entrepreneurs (further - the Representative) performs the activities for the purpose of providing guarantees of the state protection of the rights and legitimate interests of subjects of business activity and observance of the specified rights by public authorities, local government bodies and officials.";

b) in part 5 the first and second offers to state in the following edition: "The representative has no right to be senator of the Russian Federation, the deputy of the State Duma of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, the deputy of legislature of the subject of the Russian Federation.
