Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of May 27, 1998 No. 76-FZ "About the status of the military personnel" (The Russian Federation Code, 1998, No. 22, Art. 2331; 2006, No. 50, Art. 5281; 2009, No. 7, Art. 769; 2013, No. 48, Art. 6165; 2014, No. 6, Art. 558; No. 23, Art. 2930; 2016, No. 7, Art. 908; No. 27, Art. 4192; 2019, No. 10, Art. 889) following changes:

The paragraph the eighteenth Item 2 of Article 28.5 to state 1) in the following edition:

"fulfillment of duties of military service in state of intoxication, and also refusal of the serviceman or citizen called on military charges of passing of medical examination on state of intoxication (alcoholic, narcotic or other toxic);";

2) in Article 28.7:

a) in Item 1:
