About creation of the state unitary enterprises "Center of Development and Projects Implementation" and "Tajik Forest Management Group"

According to Article 125 of the Civil code of the Republic of Tajikistan, article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the state companies" and article 56 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About regulatory legal acts" the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Create the state unitary enterprises "Center of Development and Projects Implementation" and "Tajik Forest Management Group".

2. To the agency of forestry under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan to resolve organization-legal and financial issues of the state unitary enterprises "Center of Development and Projects Implementation" and "Tajik Forest Management Group" according to the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.

3. Add appendix 3 of the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of February 28, 2014 with No. 132 "About the Agency of forestry under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan" paragraphs fifty second and fifty third the following content:

"State unitary enterprise "center of development and projects implementation"

State unitary enterprise "Tajik Forest Management Group".".
