About modification and amendments in some legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning science, the knowledge-intensive territories, social security, education, health care and military service

Article 1. Make changes and additions to the following legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1. In the Civil code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (special part) of July 1, 1999:

"220-1) referens-center - the structural division of the state medical organizations, the medical organizations determined by authorized body, hundred percent of voting shares (shares in the authorized capital) which belong to the state, coordination, organizational and methodical work, the ensuring implementation of system of external quality evaluation and safety rendering specialized, including high-technology, medical care, carrying out when rendering high-technology medical care, and also when performing pathoanatomical diagnostics;";

2) in Article 7:

subitems 15) to state 47) and 50) in the following edition:

"15) is approved by the list of medicines and medical products for free and (or) preferential out-patient ensuring separate categories of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan with certain diseases (conditions), and also the list of the medicines and medical products which are purchased from the single distributor;";

"47) approves rules of forming of medicinal forms of the organizations of health care;";

"50) approves rules of forming of the list of medicines and medical products for free and (or) preferential out-patient ensuring separate categories of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan with certain diseases (conditions) and the list of the medicines and medical products which are purchased from the single distributor;";

add with subitem 104-5) of the following content:

"104-5) approves rules of conducting examination, state registration, re-registration of medicines or medical products, modification of the registration file of medicine or medical product and registration, modification of the price of the producer, and also forming of the Kazakhstan national medicinal form;";

3) in Article 23:

in Item 3 of the word "according to the procedure, determined by authorized body" shall be replaced with words "according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan";

state item 4 in the following edition:

"4. The compulsory provision of state registration, re-registration of medicines or medical products, modification of the registration file of medicine or medical product is conducting examination of medicine or medical product according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.";

in Item 5 of the word "it is determined by authorized body" shall be replaced with words "it is established according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan";
