About modification and amendments in some legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning market development of telecommunications and data-processing centers
Article 1. Make changes and additions to the following legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

2. In the Land code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 20, 2003:
1) part the tenth Item 8 of Article 44-1 to add with words ", except as specified provisions of the parcels of land for needs of communication for the purpose of construction of constructions of communication up to thirty meters high (antenna and mast constructions, support for the equipment of cellular or satellite communication and support of joint use)";
2) part the second Item 3 of Article 44-2 to add with words ", except as specified provisions of the parcels of land for needs of communication for the purpose of construction of constructions of communication up to thirty meters high (antenna and mast constructions, support for the equipment of cellular or satellite communication and support of joint use)";
Item 7 of Article 52 to state 3) in the following edition:
"7. Provisions of Item 1 of this Article do not extend to the buildings (structures, constructions) the Baikonur complex assigned to the state land users on the property right to linear parts of bulk distribution lines, to the property right to the factory buildings (structures, constructions) built at the expense of investors to antenna and mast constructions and (or) support for the equipment of cellular or satellite communication on the parcels of land belonging on the property right to other person with the consent of the owner of the parcel of land in the cases provided by this Code.";
4) parts the second, third and fourth Item 3 of article 122 after the word "electricity transmissions" to add with words ", communication networks".
