About modification and amendments in some legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning breeding livestock production and beekeeping

1. The purpose of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on breeding livestock production is creation of the conditions for development of industry of breeding livestock production directed to increase in its cost efficiency and competitiveness.

2. Tasks of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on breeding livestock production are:

1) state regulation of activities in the field of breeding livestock production;

2) organization of accounting of breeding products (material);

3) ensuring the state support of breeding livestock production;

4) the state control in the field of breeding livestock production;
