About modification and amendments in some legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning fauna, forest and hunting economy and entrepreneurship

Article 1. Make changes and additions to the following legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1. In the Land code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 20, 2003:

"In case of the subsequent transfer of the lands of inventory which were earlier part of lands of especially protected natural territories in other categories of lands provision in private property of these parcels of land intended for implementation of investment projects on tourism development according to the subitem 6) to part five of Item 2 of Article 122 of this Code is not allowed.".

2. In the Forest code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 8, 2003:

1) subitem 18-12) of part one of Item 1 of article 13 after the word of "economy" to add with words "maintaining fishery and fish breeding,";
