About entering of amendment into the Order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of August 1, 2008 No. 369

1. No. 369 "About especially important objects" to add Item 1 of the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of August 1, 2008 with the subitem 46) of the following content:

"46) the Object of 10 residences for acceptance of the high-ranking guests, located on Prospekt Rudaki of the city of Dushanbe.".

2. Approve the Inventory, imported into the Republic of Tajikistan for "Object of 10 residences for acceptance of the high-ranking guests, located on Prospekt Rudaki of the city of Dushanbe", exempted from the tax discharge on value added and customs duty it (is applied).

3. Under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan to provide to Customs Service customs clearance and control of target use of imported goods.
