About modification and amendments in the Order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of October 7, 2011 No. 497

According to article 56 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About regulatory legal acts" the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Bring in appendix to the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of October 7, 2011 No. 497 "About approval of the Amount of the procedural payment levied by Public institution "National patent information center" of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan" the following changes and amendments:

- in the text of the word "requests", "request", "request" and "requests" respectively shall be replaced with words "statements", to "statement", "statement" and "statements";

- in paragraphs one and the second respectively to replace lines 2 of figure "67" and "67" with figures "60" and "50";

- in paragraph one of line 3 to replace figure "35" with figure "40";
