About entering of amendment into the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About the protected natural territories" in connection with establishment of legal status of the environmentally friendly territories

In our country system work on environmental protection, decrease in impact of the factors which are negatively influencing atmospheric air, water, the earth, the soil, subsoil and biodiversity and also on health of the person is carried out.
At the same time there is need of providing ecological safety in the resort natural territories and in recreational zones, implementations of the energy efficient infrastructure, the setting standards prohibiting production, delivery and product sales, made of the materials which are not decaying for many years after loss of the consumer properties (except for products from natural organic polymers).
This Law to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About the protected natural territories" makes the addition determining the mechanism of creation of the environmentally friendly territories, and also the mode of the environmentally friendly territories.
This Law will serve providing ecological safety, increase in resort and ecotourist potential, protection of biodiversity, and also increase in the international ecological authority of our country.
Article 1. Chapter VIII of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 3, 2004 No. 710-II "About the protected natural territories" (Sheets of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2005, No. 1, Art. 14; Sheets of chambers of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2014, No. 9, Art. 244; 2017, No. 9, Art. 510; 2019, No. 1, Art. 1; 2020, No. 9, Art. 540; appendix to No. 4 for 2021; 2022, No. 6, Art. of the Art. 570, 577; 2024, No. 8, Art. 831; 2025, 5, the Art. 643) to add No. with Articles 411 and 412 of the following content:
