About modification and amendments in some legal acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan

In recent years in the country the system work directed to creation of new mechanisms of the prevention of corruption, increase in availability of justice and optimization of legal procedures, further enhancement of activities of special economic and industrial zones is carried out.
At the same time there is need of representation by candidates for positions of the member of the government and hokim of the plan for anti-corruption, further optimization of work of the courts, and also the prevention of cases of non-execution of obligations under the investment agreement and illegal use of the earth by certain subjects of entrepreneurship.
This Law makes changes to the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About the government on places", "About Regulations of Legislative house of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan" and "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan", the providing amendments and changes establishing procedure for representation by candidates for positions of the member of the government and hokim of the plan for anti-corruption.
