About entering of amendments and changes into some legal acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan in connection with further enhancement of activities of reference tribunals and strengthening of budget discipline

Implementation in our country of the mechanism of the dispute resolution in reference tribunals is important in providing guarantees of protection of the rights and legitimate interests of citizens and subjects of entrepreneurship, improvement of business environment and increase in investment appeal of our country.
At the same time analyses showed availability of need of enhancement of legal bases of the organization of activities of reference tribunals and mechanisms of control of observance of the legislation by them, amendments of requirements imposed to reference tribunals, reductions in compliance of activities of reference tribunals and arbitration with international standards.
This Law makes additions and changes to some legal acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan determining that state bodies, the organizations and organizations, the companies with participation of the state, self-government institutions of citizens cannot be the parties of the arbitration agreement that the disputes connected with the earth, establishment of right of possession on buildings and constructions, money recovery from the budget cannot be permitted by reference tribunals, and also the providing strengthenings of budget discipline, strengthening of responsibility of officials.
This Law will serve strengthening of legal bases of the organization of activities of reference tribunals, forming of the case of skilled arbitration judges, and also ensuring effective use of budgetary funds.
