About introduction of amendments to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 30, 2015 No. 775
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 30, 2015 No. 775 "About approval of the Procedure for creation and use of material reserves for prevention and mitigation of consequences of emergency situations" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 80, Art. 2675; 2019, No. 60, Art. 2074; 2021, No. 37, the Art. 2215), changes which are applied.
2. This resolution becomes effective along with the Law of Ukraine of August 10, 2023 No. 3322-IX "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning material logistics of actions in the field of civil protection", but not earlier than day of its publication.

1. In the resolution:
Shall be replaced with words 1) in the name and Item 1 of the resolution of the word "for prevention and mitigation of consequences of emergency situations" "(except state) for prevention of emergence of emergency situations and liquidation of their effects";
2) in the prolog of the word and figures of "Article 98 part three" shall be replaced with words also in figures "Item 5 parts one of Article 16".
2. According to the procedure of creation and use of material reserves for prevention and mitigation of consequences of emergency situations, approved by the specified resolution:
