About additional measures for employment of youth by support of entrepreneurial projects

For the purpose of creation of additional workplaces for youth and ensuring its employment by support of entrepreneurial projects in industries and spheres of economy, development of business skills, training of the younger generation in professions, foreign languages, modern knowledge, and also I decide supports of their entrepreneurial ideas and initiatives:

I. Purposes

1. Determine main objectives of adoption of this resolution implementation in 2026 - 2028:

(a) scope more than 300 thousand representatives of youth, including creation about 100 thousand additional workplaces and implementation of modern mechanisms of support of their successful introduction on the labor market;

(b) developments of system of financing of the entrepreneurial ideas and initiatives of youth in spheres of the industry, rendering the services including aimed at providing self-employment;

(c) supports of business projects in which the most part of workers on specifics of work is constituted by youth, and also directed to increase in its employment and the income.

II. Support of entrepreneurial projects

Approve offers of the Ministry of Economics and finance, Fund of reconstruction and developments, the Central bank, Agency on cases of youth, JSC Alokabank and JSC Uzmilliybank about realization according to this resolution of the next stage of the Youth Business and Step to the Future programs in 2026 - 2028.

3. Determine that JSC Alokabank within the Youth Business program allocates to the physical persons which did not reach age of thirty one years, credit products on the credits (microloans) in spheres of rendering services (service) and production, including in the following directions for up to 7 years, including grace period on principal debt till 1 year, on interest payments up to 3 months, exceeding the main rate of the Central bank on 4 percent points:

(a) allocation of preferential microloans to 100 million sum on security the insurance policy or the guarantee of the third party on the following projects:
