In part 161 "Instructions on procedure for making of notarial actions in the Azerbaijan Republic" approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic No. 167 of September 11, 2000. (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2000, No. 9, Article 693 (volume I); 2024, No. 1, Articles 110, 111, No. 3, article 359, No. 5 (book II), Articles 597, 606, No. 9, Article 1067; 2025, No. 2, Article 193, No. 7, Article 698; resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic No. 83 of March 17, 2026 and No. 87 of March 19, 2026) to make the following changes:
2.1. after the words "carries out and" to add the word "except for case when it is provided to the applicant for the direction of execution on production of special executive officials" to the first paragraph;
2.2. paragraphs to consider the fifth or fourteenth the sixth or fifteenth paragraphs, to add the fifth paragraph of the following content:
