About entering of amendments and changes into the Law "About Estimative Activities"

Article 1. No. ZR-189 "About estimative activities" (further - the Law) to add part 1 of article 4 of the Law of October 4, 2005 with Items 14-17 of the following content:
"14) the service provider - the foreign physical person or legal entity providing services in assessment of property which within the international treaties ratified by the Republic of Armenia can or intends to provide such services in the territory of the Republic of Armenia on the principle of reciprocity, except for services in assessment which customer is the state or municipality;
15) the register of suppliers of services registers of service providers according to property in the territories of other states within the international treaties ratified by the Republic of Armenia which represents open supplier list of services and which is conducted by authorized body of the country of accounting (or places of the basis) the service provider;
16) the register of service providers of the Republic Armenia Register including information on appraisers and the estimative organizations which provide or intend to provide services in property assessment in the territories of other states within the international treaties ratified by the Republic of Armenia and which conducts authorized body of the Republic of Armenia;
17) the country receiver - within the international treaties ratified by the Republic of Armenia, the state in the territory of which appraisers and the estimative organizations included in the register of service providers of the Republic of Armenia provide services in property assessment.".
Article 2. Regarding 1 article 8 of the Law of the word "and appraiser" shall be replaced with words "the appraiser and service providers".
Article 3. To add part 1 of article 10 of the law after words of "appraiser" with the words "or service provider".
