About entering of amendment and changes into the Law "About the State Fee"

Article 1. Regarding 1 article 19.9 of the law of December 27, 1997 No. ZR-186 "About the state fee" (further - the Law):
1. to add Item 3 after the words "declared" with words "(except for declaring case for the purpose of movement from customs authority in the place of arrival in internal customs authority)", and in the same Item of the word "Items 4, 14 and 15" shall be replaced with words "Items 14 and 15";
2. declare item 4 invalid;
3. state Item 5 in the following edition:
"5) for implementation of customs transactions on release of the goods declared by one commodity declaration, except for Items 14 and 15 of this part:

Article 2. In Item 2 of the paragraph of the eleventh of article 32 of the law of the word "and in items 4" shall be replaced with words "Item".
Article 3. This law becomes effective from the first day of the seventh month following after the month including day of its official publication.
