About entering of amendments and changes into the Law "About the Commission on Prevention of Corruption"

Article 1. No. ZR-96 "About the Commission on the prevention of corruption" (further - the Law) after the words "procedure" to add the subitem "e" of Item 5 of part 1 of article 10 of the Law of June 9, 2017 with the words "lowest passing score".
Article 2. In article 10.2 of the law:
Item 3 of part 3 after the words "procedure for calculation of points" to add 1) with the words "lowest passing score";
2) to state part 20 in the following edition:
"20. The winner the applicant who overcame the threshold of lowest passing score provided for interview stage which gathered the greatest number of the points on score added to board members to participants appears.".
Article 3. To add part 1 of article 23 of the law with Item 5.1 of the following content:
"5. 1) ensuring uniformity of assessment of corruption risks in the public authorities, the state and local non-profit organizations operating in the spheres of health care, social protection, environmental protection, examinations, construction or investing programs receiving subsidies or grants from the government budget within the last three years, the funds created by the state, the companies in which 50 percent or more shares belong to the state or local community, or the state and local community (in total), and representing offers to competent authorities;".
Article 4. To add part 1 of article 24 of the law with Items 12.1-12.3 of the following content:
"12. Develops 1) and approves methodology of assessment of corruption risks in bodies and the organizations, stipulated in Item 5.1 parts 1 of article 23 of this law which includes framework, criteria, tools of assessment of corruption risks publishes results of assessment, and also the opinions provided by the last according to the offer of bodies and organizations;
