About entering of amendments into the Law "About Features of the Administrative Production Performed on Cases on the Road Traffic Offences Revealed by means of Video or the Photographing Devices"

Article 1. In article 7.1 of the Law of December 26, 2008 No. ZR-238 "About features of the administrative production performed on cases on the road traffic offenses revealed by means of video or the photographing devices":

Heading and part 1 after words "the vehicles which are not registered in the Republic of Armenia" to add 1) with the words "or the persons registered in the Republic of Armenia, but who are considered as foreigners and not having resident status in the Republic of Armenia according to the law "About Foreigners"";

Part 2 after the words provided by part of 1 this Article to add 2) with words "made by the vehicles which are not registered in the Republic of Armenia";

To add 3) with part 2.1 following of content:

"2.1. For the offenses made by the persons registered in the Republic of Armenia, but who are considered as foreigners according to the Law "About Foreigners" and not having the status of the residence in the Republic of Armenia provided in part of 1 this Article, person who is considered as the foreigner bears responsibility if according to the procedure, established by parts 5-7 of article 7 of this Law, it is proved that the offense fixed with use of the vehicles registered in the Republic of Armenia was made by persons, considered as foreigners according to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About foreigners" and not having the status of residence in the Republic of Armenia".

Article 2. This law becomes effective for the tenth day after day of official publication.
