Bring in the Penitentiary code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2017, No. 1 (2), the Art. 17) the following changes:
Parts 6 and 7 of Article 73 to state 1) in the following edition:
"6. In corrective colonies of strict regime the persons who were earlier serving custodial sanction and again condemned to imprisonment for certain term, committed crimes in case of recurrence and dangerous recurrence and also the convicts translated from prisons according to the procedure, stipulated in Article the 80th of this Code serve sentence.
7. In corrective colonies of special regime the convicts to lifelong imprisonment who committed crimes in case of especially dangerous recurrence and also persons whom lifelong imprisonment according to the procedure of pardon is replaced with imprisonment for a period of twenty years serve sentence.";
