(b) stimulation and support of creative figures, increase in frequency of their participation in international contests in 2027 for 20 percent, numbers of winners - for 30 percent, till 2030 numbers of participants - by 5 times, winners - twice;

(c) ensuring creation by poets and writers annually at least 50 best works, transfer into foreign languages of the best 10 works of national literature;

(d) social support of creative figures, creation for them worthy conditions, in particular provision of housing annually 1 thousand creative figures, free treatment of 3 thousand;

(e) finishing number of non-state theaters and theaters studios in 2028 - to 50, increase in participation of private sector in the field of theater for 25 percent.
