1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 28, 2013 No. 877 "About approval of Rules of compensation of the property harm done to physical persons and legal entities as a result of the act of terrorism" the following changes:

2, of 3, of 4, of 5, 6 and 7 to state Items in the following edition:
"2. Compensation of the property harm done to physical persons and legal entities as a result of the act of terrorism is made by cost recovery of the lost or damaged property belonging to specified persons (further - owners of property), except for the property insured according to the procedure, stipulated by the legislation the Republic of Kazakhstan about insurance and insurance activity.
3. The bases for cost recovery of property are loss or damage of property in case of the confirmation according to the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and these rules, availability of causal relationship between making of the act of terrorism and destruction or damage of property.
4. The property value is compensated to the owner of property by payment of money to it local executive body at the expense of the means provided in reserves on urgent costs of local executive bodies within the amounts approved in local budgets the current financial year according to Article 20 of the Budget code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also the Rules for apportionment and uses of reserves of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and local executive bodies approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 21, 2025 No. 551.
