Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 5, 2009 No. 10-Z "About commodity exchanges" the following changes:

"exchange logistic activities - the activities of legal entities of the Republic of Belarus organized by commodity exchange, the individual entrepreneurs registered in the Republic of Belarus (if such activities for them are allowed by the legislation), and also foreign, international legal entities (the organizations, not being legal entities), the physical persons performing individual business activity according to the right of foreign state on storage and transportation of exchange goods;";
to state the paragraph of the seventh in the following edition:
"the exchange broker - the legal entity of the Republic of Belarus, the individual entrepreneur registered in the Republic of Belarus (if such activities for him are allowed by the legislation), and also the foreign, international legal entity (the organization, not being the legal entity), the physical person performing individual business activity according to the right of foreign state, the intermediary services in the conclusion of stock exchange transactions accredited by commodity exchange as the exchange broker, rendering to clients of the exchange broker on their order;";
"this Law and (or)" to exclude from the paragraph of the ninth word;
after the paragraph of the ninth to add Article with the paragraph of the following content:
"stock price index - the indicator characterizing the change in price for exchange goods and their groups on stock and off-exchange exchange transactions for certain period and created according to the method of calculation of stock price indexes approved according to this Law;";
the thirteenth to exclude the paragraph;
