About some questions of activities of subordinated organizations of the Ministry of Labour, social security and migration of the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of optimization of activities of structures of the Ministry of Labour, social security and migration of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to Articles 96-98 of the Civil code of the Kyrgyz Republic, Articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Liquidate Fund of Development of Skills organization under the Ministry of Labour, social security and migration of the Kyrgyz Republic.
2. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of the Ministry of Labour, social security and migration of the Kyrgyz Republic" of November 15, 2021 No. 252 the following change:
- to state the scheme of management of the Ministry of Labour, social security and migration of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution in edition according to appendix to this resolution.
3. To the Ministry of Labour, social security and migration of the Kyrgyz Republic:
1) to form liquidation commission;
2) to carry out in judicial authorities liquidation procedure of the organization specified in Item 1 of this resolution according to the civil legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic;
3) to resolve issues of legal succession of the liquidated organization specified in Item 1 of this resolution, and also transfer of its property, financing of liquidating actions, summing of financial liabilities and distributions of the remained budgetary funds within civil and budget legislations;
