About modification of some legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of enforcement proceeding

Article 1.

Bring in the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about offenses (the newspaper of "Erkin-limited liability partnership" of November 16, 2021 No. 122-133) the following changes:

1) in Article 443:

Evasion of parents from payment based on the judgment of funds for content of the child or the full age, but disabled and needing financial support children in case of the outstanding amount formed for the period more than three months in a row or is total within one year in case of obligation to pay the alimony periodically, -

attracts application of arrest for three days.

2. The same act provided by part of 1 this Article committed repeatedly, -

attracts application of arrest for seven days.

3. Failure to pay by full age able-bodied children in defiance of court resolution or the alimentary agreement of funds for content of the disabled and needing financial support parents within three months in total -

attracts application of arrest for three days.

Note. Repeated offense the offense made repeatedly within 12 months after involvement of person to responsibility according to this Article is recognized.

Person is exempted from liability if it completely paid debt on maintenance obligations.";

3) in Article 444:
