"Article 385-1. Violation of requirements of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of halalas industries

Violation of the requirements established by technical regulations and standards concerning halalas products in case of content and slaughter of farm animals, and also production, collection, conversion, procurement, storage, transportation and release into the stream of commerce of products and raw materials received from them -
attracts imposing of penalty on physical persons in the amount of 75 settlement indicators, on legal entities - 230 settlement indicators.
2. Violation of requirements to sterns for the farm animals and fishes used in case of production of halalas products -
attracts imposing of penalty on physical persons in the amount of 75 settlement indicators, on legal entities - 230 settlement indicators.
3. The violation connected with release into the stream of commerce of halalas products without documents of confirmation of conformity according to the requirements established by technical regulations and standards on halalas products -
attracts imposing of penalty on physical persons in the amount of 75 settlement indicators, on legal entities - 230 settlement indicators.
4. The violation connected with rendering halalas services without documents confirming compliance to the requirements established by technical regulations and standards on halalas service -
