Bring in the Federal Law of June 24, 2023 No. 266-FZ "About the free economic zone in the territories of the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, the Zaporizhia region, Kherson region and in the adjacent territories" (The Russian Federation Code, 2023, No. 26, Art. 4674; 2024, No. 26, Art. 3549; 2025, No. 30, Art. 4415) following changes:
1) regarding 1 Article 7:
a) state Item 8 in the following edition:
"8) will be organized by provision to the participant of the parcel of land which is in property of managing company and the investment project, necessary for realization, in lease, including with repurchase right of the specified parcel of land;";
b) add with Item 8.1 of the following content:
"8. 1) will organize transfer to the participant to the sublease of the parcel of land which is in the state-owned or municipal property, provided to managing company in lease and the investment project, necessary for realization;";
2) in Article 12:
a) regarding 3 figures "30" to replace with figures "10";
b) part 7 after words of "the conclusion about opportunity" to add with the words "or impossibility";
c) state part 8 in the following edition:
