About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 25, 2021 No. 991

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Regulations on federal state control (supervision) in the field of rail transport approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 25, 2021 No. 991 "About approval of the Regulations on federal state control (supervision) in the field of rail transport" (The Russian Federation Code, 2021, No. 27, Art. 5379; 2023, No. 52, Art. 9672; 2025, No. 5, Art. 350).

1. Add with item 4 (2) the following content:
"4(2). Decisions on holding preventive visit, on the announcement of caution, on holding the control (supervising) action providing interaction with person from among persons specified in Item 6 of this provision (further - controlled person), acts (including acts of impossibility of carrying out) control (supervising) action, preventive action, the instruction about elimination of the revealed violations are drawn up by means of entering of information about them into the unified register of control (supervising) actions and their signing. For execution of the specified decisions, acts and instructions separate forming of the document is not required.".
2. In Item 9:
a) word in paragraph eight "persons specified in Item 6 of this provision (further - controlled persons)," shall be replaced with words "controlled persons";
b) the thirteenth and fourteenth to state paragraphs in the following edition:
"activities for operation of infrastructure of high-speed rail transport and components of subsystems and elements of components of subsystems of infrastructure of high-speed rail transport;
