Determine that changes in works agreements on performance of works on new construction, reconstruction, restoration and capital repairs of buildings and constructions irrespective of their functional purpose, their complexes and parts, and also new construction, reconstruction, capital repairs, the running average repair, running repair and operational content of the highways public concluded according to the procedure and on the conditions established before entry into force of this resolution can be brought in case of adoption of such agreements by the parties (the main manager of budget means / the customer/contractor) decisions concerning refining of their conditions (except change of the essential conditions determined by Item 5 of General terms of the conclusion and agreement performance of the contract in capital construction, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 1, 2005 No. 668 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2005, No. 31, Art. 1867).
