About implementation of the pilot project on digitalization of services of Public service in safety issues of foodstuff and consumer protection
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Agree with the offer of the Ministry of Economics, the environment and agricultural industry and the Ministry of digital transformation on implementation of the pilot project on digitalization of services of Public service in safety issues of foodstuff and consumer protection (further - the pilot project) within two years from the date of following behind day of publication by Public service on safety issues of foodstuff and consumer protections on own official website of the message on the beginning of functioning of Single state electronic system in the field of safety of foodstuff and consumer protection.
2. Approve the Procedure for implementation of the pilot project on digitalization of services of Public service in safety issues of foodstuff and consumer protection which is applied.
3. Determine that:
the purpose of the pilot project is creation, implementation and ensuring functioning of Single state electronic system in the field of safety of foodstuff and consumer protection, digitalization of services of Public service in safety issues of foodstuff and consumer protection, ensuring automation of processes in case of provision of services and implementation of actions in spheres of realization of state policy of Public service for safety issues of foodstuff and consumer protections by optimization and development of interaction between physical persons, subjects of managing and public authorities;
coordinator of the pilot project is the Ministry of digital transformation;
participants of the pilot project are the Ministry of digital transformation, the Ministry of Economics, the environment and agricultural industry, Public service on safety issues of foodstuff and consumer protections, the state company "Agency on Identification and Registration of Animals", operators of the market, physical persons and subjects of managing, and also other subjects in consent;
