About modification and amendments in some legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning enhancement of the labor law

Article 1. Make changes and additions to the following legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1. In the Labor code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 23, 2015:

1) the subitem 41) of Item 1 of Article 1 after the word of "leaves" to add with the words "and also other acts governing the employment relationships and other relations which are directly connected with labor";

2) in Article 4:

"27) personal privacy, respect and protection of the honor and advantage in the field of work.";

Subitem 26-1) of Item 2 of Article 23 to state 5) in the following edition:

"26-1) to grant to the worker leave for passing of screening researches with preserving place of employment (position) and the average salary according to the procedure and amount, determined by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of health care and to take measures for the direction it on passing of screening researches.
