About modification of the Regulations about bases of management of activities of banks approved by the Resolution of Executive committee of National Bank of Moldova No. 322/2018
Based on part (3) the Art. 38, parts (3) the Art. 39, parts (3) the Art. 43, parts (5) Art. 44 and parts (1) Art. 84 of the Law on activities of banks No. 202/2017 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 434-439, of the Art. 727), the Executive committee of National Bank of Moldova DECIDES:
1. In the Regulations about bases of management of activities of banks approved by the Resolution of Executive committee of National Bank of Moldova No. 322/2018 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2019, No. 1-5, the Art. 56) registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Moldova on December 28, 2018 at No. 1400, to make the following changes:
1.1. in all text of regulations of the word "auditor society" in any case shall be replaced with words "the auditor subject" in the corresponding case;
1.2. add item 4 with the following concepts:
"variety - situation in case of which characteristics of members of governing body, including age, sex, the geographical origin, educational and working experience, differ in such degree that it does possible existence of different opinions in governing body;
training - the improvement of skills, knowledge or competences of members of governing body of management and persons holding key positions performed on permanent or one-time basis within any initiative or the program.
employee induction - the training of person for certain position as the member of the governing body and person holding key position performed by means of any initiative or the program;
