Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. In Rules of the organization and carrying out technical inspection of the buses approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 23, 2020 No. 741 "About approval of Rules of the organization and carrying out technical inspection of buses" (The Russian Federation Code, 2020, No. 22, Art. 3508; 2023, No. 51, Art. 9354):

a) to add Item 2 after the words "Sq.m and M3" with words "(including carried to vehicles of the increased passability (category G)";

b) add Item 5 with the offer of the following content: "The schedule is created taking into account approved by the head (his deputy) of division of State Inspection for Road Traffic Safety of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation whose employees are the authorized employees participating in carrying out technical inspection of buses, days of the week of carrying out technical inspection of buses.";
