About implementation of the pilot project on construction and/or placement of systems of independent reserve food in apartment houses of Kiev
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Agree with the offer of the Ministry of development of communities and the territories and the Kiev city public administration concerning realization within two years from the date of entry into force of this resolution of the pilot project on construction and/or placement of systems of independent reserve food in apartment houses of Kiev aimed at providing apartment houses with electrical energy of life support systems during emergency and planned shutdowns.
2. Approve the Procedure for implementation of the pilot project on construction and/or placement of systems of independent reserve food in apartment houses of Kiev which is applied.
3. Determine that in case of implementation of the pilot project on construction and/or placement of systems of independent reserve food in apartment houses of Kiev provisions are not applied:
1) resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2001 No. 1764 "About approval of the Procedure for public financing of capital construction" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2001, No. 52, the Art. 2374);
2) resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 1, 2005 No. 668 "About approval of General terms of the conclusion and agreement performance of the contract in capital construction" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2005, No. 31, the Art. 1867);
3) Items 12 and 13 of the Procedure for acceptance in operation finished with construction of facilities, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of April 13, 2011 No. 461 "Question of acceptance in operation finished with construction of facilities" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 32, Art. 1359; 2015, No. 78, Art. 2599);
4) resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 13, 2011 No. 466 "Some questions of accomplishment of preparatory and construction works" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 34, the Art. 1404);
