About approval of Changes in some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine concerning management system of the insurer and accounting treatment the insurer of the agreements connected with implementation of activities for insurance
According to Articles 7, of 15, 55-1, 56, of 61 Law of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", article 21 of the Law of Ukraine "About financial services and finance companies", Articles 22, of 28, of 32, of 47, of 109, 114 Laws of Ukraine "About insurance", for the purpose of updating and enhancement of regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve changes in:
1) Regulations on requirements to management system of the insurer approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 27, 2023 No. 194 (with changes) (further - Changes in No. Provision 194) which are applied;
2) Regulations on accounting treatment the insurer of the agreements connected with implementation of activities for insurance and requirements to information security of the insurer approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 29, 2023 No. 204 (with the enclosed changes).
