About modification of the Regulations on regulation of activities of Fund of partial guaranteeing the credits in agricultural industry
According to Articles 7, of 15, 55-1, 56 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", article 21 of the Law of Ukraine "About financial services and finance companies", Item 9 of the Section XI of the Law of Ukraine "About rating", Articles 13, 18 Laws of Ukraine "About Fund of partial guaranteeing the credits in agricultural industry", for the purpose of regulation of activities of Fund of partial guaranteeing the credits in agricultural industry Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in Regulations on regulation of activities of Fund of the partial guaranteeing the credits in agricultural industry approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of August 19, 2022 No. 184 (with changes), the following changes:
Item 2 of the Section I after the paragraph of the fourteenth to add 1) with the new paragraph the fifteenth the following content:
"The terms "credit rating", "rating agency" are used in the values determined by the Law of Ukraine "About rating".";
