About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 31, 2020 No. 2451
The government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 31, 2020 No. 2451 "About approval of Rules of organization of events according to the prevention and liquidation of oil spills and oil products in the territory of the Russian Federation, except for of internal sea waters of the Russian Federation and the territorial sea of the Russian Federation, and also about recognition voided some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2021, No. 3, Art. 583; 2023, No. 51, Art. 9377; 2026, No. 8, Art. 945).
2. Determine that the entries into force of this resolution by the organization performing activities in the field of geological studying, exploration and production of hydrocarbonic raw material approved about one day, and also conversion (production), transportation, storage, realization of hydrocarbonic raw material and products made from it, plans of the prevention and liquidation of oil spills and oil products are not required to be brought into accord with the requirements established by this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2026.
