These rules of providing with the militarized protection of loads in transit are developed by railway transport (further - Rules) according to subitem 34-4) of Item 2 of article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About rail transport" and determine procedure for ensuring the militarized protection of loads in transit by rail.";
state Item 3 in the following edition:
"3. In these rules concepts of the values determined by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About rail transport" and "About security activities are used".";
state Item 6 in the following edition:
"6. Protection of loads is made by the subjects performing security activities according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About security activities".";
add with Item 9-1 of the following content:
"9-1. The militarized railway protection for the purpose of ensuring continuous protection renders services to the third parties on protection of loads and objects of rail transport in the territories of the terminals involved in implementation of transit rail freight transportation.
