1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Procedure for holding procedures of public procurements" of September 19, 2023 No. 489 the following change:
according to the procedure of holding procedures of public procurements, approved by the above-stated resolution:
- to state the subitem 8 of Item 24 in the following edition:
"8) purchases of goods, the works and services necessary for ensuring activities, protection and safety of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, Toraga of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, the chairman of the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic, the chairman of the Constitutional court of the Kyrgyz Republic, including providing the events held with participation of the chairman of the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic, the chairman of the Constitutional court of the Kyrgyz Republic;".
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
