About appointment of the representative of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and change of structures of joint forming

Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Appoint the First Deputy Chairman of the State committee on science and technologies the plenipotentiary of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus in Interstate coordination council according to scientific and technical information and the International center of scientific and technical information.

2. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

2.1. to state Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1592, in the following edition:

"9. In case of the disagreements between the Minister and members of board which arose in case of decision making, the Minister puts into practice the decisions, reporting on them on Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus. Members of board can provide the opinion to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus.";

2.2. to state part one of Item 12 of the Regulations on the State committee on science and technologies of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 15, 2004 No. 282, in the following edition:
