For the purpose of ensuring food security of the country and stabilization of market prices of food products, according to Articles 29, 47 Agreements on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014, articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About introduction of temporary ban on evacuation of farm animals (cattle, horses, sheep and goats) from the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic" of March 9, 2026 No. 160 the following change:
- the fifth Item 1 to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"-breeding sheep, and also the live cattle which is not grown up in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic exported by the state operator - Kyrgyz Agroholding open joint stock company;".
2. To the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with the established procedure to notify Committee on protective measures of the World Trade Organization and the Eurasian economic commission on the change specified in Item 1 of this resolution.
3. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with the established procedure no later than three days from the effective date of this resolution to notify Executive committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States on the change specified in Item 1 of this resolution.
