About Council for management of the special financial investment territory of "Tamchy" with particular legal regime and the status
For the purpose of development of activities of the special financial investment territory of "Tamchy" with particular legal regime and the status, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Form the Council for management of the special financial investment territory of "Tamchy" with particular legal regime and the status (further - Council for management of SFIT "Tamchy") having independent legal capacity in number of 8 members (including the chairman of the board on management of SFIT "Tamchy" and the head of managing company of the special financial investment territory of "Tamchy" with particular legal regime and the status (further - the head of the SFIT "Tamchy" managing company).
2. Determine that representatives of executive bodies, local government bodies and other state bodies are appointed in Council for management of SFIT "Tamchy" exclusively on a voluntary basis (on a grant basis).
3. Recommend to Council for management of SFIT "Tamchy" to provide the conclusion of contracts with the international recruiting agencies for search of the candidates having the corresponding international working experience for the subsequent election in Council for management of SFIT "Tamchy" (with replacement of part of the above-stated members of council on management of SFIT "Tamchy").
4. Recommend to Council for management of SFIT "Tamchy" to take in ten-day time vote on the following questions:
1) election of the chairman of the board on management of SFIT "Tamchy";
2) organization of the SFIT "Tamchy" managing company having independent legal capacity.
