1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Standard procedure for the organization and implementation of purchases by the state and municipal companies, economic societies where 50 and more percent of share in the authorized capital belong to the state, including their affiliated economic societies" of June 10, 2022 No. 301 the following change:
in the Standard procedure for the organization and implementation of purchases by the state and municipal companies, economic societies where 50 and more percent of share in the authorized capital belong to the state, including their affiliated economic societies, approved by the specified resolution:
- add Item 57 with the subitem 22 following of content:
"22) acquisitions of sewing products and specialized clothes at the supplier determined by the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.".
2. To the state agency on management of state-owned property under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with the established procedure to take the measures following from this resolution.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
