About entering of amendment into the Law "About Insurance and Insurance Activity"
Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on December 17, 2025
Article 1. Article 1 of the Law of April 9, 2007 No. ZR-177 "About insurance and insurance activity" to add with part 4.1 following of content:
"4.1. Operation of this law does not extend to the relations provided by the Law "About General Medical Insurance".
Article 2. This law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
