About introduction of amendments to the Constitutional law "Judicial Code of the Republic of Armenia"

Article 1. "About the Judicial code of the Republic of Armenia" to state part 6 of article 94 of the Constitutional law of February 7, 2018 to No. ZR-95 in the following edition:
"6. Decisions of the Supreme judicial council on involvement of the judge and the member of the Supreme judicial council to disciplinary responsibility, and also about the termination of powers of the judge and member of the Supreme judicial council, about initiation of criminal prosecution concerning the judge and the member of the Supreme judicial council in connection with implementation of powers by it or about consent on deprivation of its freedom are accepted in the consultative room by open voting by a majority vote from total number of members If the Supreme judicial council does not make the decision because of absence as a result of vote of enough voices for benefit of this or that decision, then the decision on variation of the corresponding petition is deemed accepted, and the decision is drawn up and signed by the members of the Supreme judicial council who voted for petition variation.".
Article 2. This law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
