Bring in the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about offenses (the newspaper of "Erkin-limited liability partnership" of November 16, 2021 No. 122-133) the following changes:

"d) participate in prevention of offenses, perform preventive impact in the form of legal education and legal informing, and also draw up the statement confirming the fact or event of violation of the requirements connected with ensuring silence for the subsequent transfer to state bodies and local government bodies authorized to consider and constitute protocols on offenses;".
