1. Make to acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine changes concerning postponement of enforcement of Electronic system of turnover of the alcoholic beverages, tobacco products and liquids used in electronic cigarettes which are applied.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication and is applied since January 1, 2026.

In Item 2 of the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 24, 2024 No. 461 "About determination of the state company "Printing Plant "Ukraine" on Production of Securities" by the contractor of seal of graphical elements of electronic brands of the excise tax" (2024, No. 51, the Art. 3109) the word of "January" to replace the Official Bulletin of Ukraine with the word of "November".
2. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 4, 2024 No. 1142 "Some questions of creation and functioning of Electronic system of turnover of the alcoholic beverages, tobacco products and liquids used in electronic cigarettes" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2024, No. 92, the Art. 5939):
1) in Item 2:
in paragraph three of the word and figures "till December 31, 2025" to replace with figures and the words "2025 till October 11, 2026 (inclusive)";
