1. Bring in the order of the Chairman of the Agency on strategic planning and reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 11, 2022 No. 2 "About approval of the List of the types of activity which are technologically connected with production of goods, works, services of the subject of the state monopoly in the field of the state statistics" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 26798) the following amendments:
in the List of the types of activity which are technologically connected with production of goods, works, services of the subject of the state monopoly in the field of the state statistics, approved by the specified order:
add with Items 8 and 9 of the following content:
"8. Processing and the analysis of primary statistical and (or) administrative, and (or) alternative data when forming analytical information for the purpose of enhancement of regulatory policy, and identification of systemic risks, including using technologies of artificial intelligence.
9. Forming, development and (or) maintenance of information platform of regulatory intelligence, including using artificial intelligence.".
2. To provide bureau of national statistics of the Agency on strategic planning and reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) the direction of this order in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Institute of the legislation and legal information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the Ministries of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
