About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic regulating questions of public-private partnership
For the purpose of enhancement of procedures of projects implementation of public-private partnership, according to article 11 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About public-private partnership", articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of public-private partnership in the Kyrgyz Republic" of March 25, 2022 No. 160 the following change:
- to state appendix 3 to the above-stated resolution in edition according to appendix to this resolution.
2. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About some questions of public institution "Center of public-private partnership" under National investments agency in case of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic" of October 7, 2022 No. 556 the following changes:
in Regulations on public institution "Center of public-private partnership" under National investments agency in case of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic:
- in paragraph five of Item 8 of the word "Ulitsa Isanova, 87" shall be replaced with words "Ulitsa Razzakova, 8/1";
- in Item 11:
add the subitem "v" with paragraphs of the following content:
"-coordinates project development of the PPP implemented with the assistance of the international financial institutions;
- creates and coordinates activities of group of preparation of projects of PPP at authorized body for coordination of projects of PPP;
